Dronimagination Pvt Ltd collects the information you submit when applying to CBL 2026: your name, place/district, phone number, email, Instagram handle, drone details, links to previous work, an optional showreel upload, and your venue preferences.

This information is used to:

• Review and select applicants.
• Contact selected participants about venue allocation and event-day logistics.
• Issue a Participant ID and coordinate check-in, kit and voucher distribution, and raw footage handover at the venue.
• Communicate competition updates by email and, where you opt in, WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal data. Submitted competition videos and supporting raw footage may be used by Kerala Tourism, Dronimagination and associated partners for approved promotional and campaign purposes, per the Terms & Content Usage page.
